My journey, personal and professional, has been defined by a singular, relentless question: Why? Why, in an era of abundant information and talent, do so many businesses falter by overlooking the critical, often hidden, factors that dictate their success or failure?
My quest for answers transformed from observation into a relentless pursuit of verifiable truth. This pursuit forged The Strategic Bloodhound within me, dedicated to uncovering the immense, unseen value hidden in the complex grey area between perception and reality.
For over a decade, I’ve consistently exposed a profound and measurable disconnect: the gap between perceived performance and the hidden truths that truly shape an organisation’s destiny. This is the unseen value and true operational health I illuminate within organisations and assets.
This drive led to The SØRENSEN Framework, a diagnostic methodology (including the ‘Organisational CT Scan’) designed to make the invisible customer emotional gut feeling visible. This breakthrough has been instrumental in illuminating pathways to over €30 billion in validated client value creation since 2015.
In my book, Who Moved My Customers?, I translate these hard-won principles into an accessible parable. It empowers leaders and investors to gain the courage to see beyond surface metrics—illuminated by a single Streetlight—and cultivate genuine, sustainable growth.
